Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location
metro station great onsen massage chairs welcome drink
I found a metro station very close to the hotel. The onsen was a great feature after a long day. The massage chairs located in the library were a nice addition. The welcome drink each evening was good, it provided a relaxing way to unwind.
I observed that the eco cleaning policy meant rooms weren't fully serviced daily. Beds were not made daily, and amenities were left on the floor. I found this slightly untidy.

A Decent Stay

I found complimentary hot beverages available from 10 AM to 11 PM. A complimentary alcoholic beverage was available each evening. The location is convenient with the train station only a short walk away.
The WIFI connection was not reliable in the room. I found no place to store clothing in the room. The staff did not speak fluent English.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
unfriendly staff chemical smell
The hotel had a decent sized room, that was good.
The check-in was bad because staff was unfriendly. I saw dust everywhere, on counters and tables. It floated in the air in the room. It really bothered me. There was a strong chemical smell upon entering the room, I think, from disinfectants.
